Event Details
As you know, our annual Service and Support Awards Event is around the corner. Please block your calendars, invite all your coworkers, your industry network, friends and family. I’m not kidding! Invite everyone! You will find the link to register here. We have a couple of requests for our board members:
- Register for the event, attend the event and bring LOTS of people
- We will be doing a few prize drawings and are looking for donations – please reach out to your network/vendors who may be able to provide some industry appropriate prizes
- We need more nominations; please nominate someone or remind your network to submit nominations. We put a simple process in place for our local HDI Atlanta nominations outlined below
We will start the event with live music, have prize drawings and our keynote speaker is Krista Ciccozzi!
Krista Ciccozzi has been a support industry professional for 25 years, working in large technical support organizations and smaller IT departments. Regardless of the size, Krista understands the importance of the employees doing the work. Krista received her BA in organizational communications and a certificate in business leadership from Marylhurst University, and her leadership certificate from Dale Carnegie. She is a certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt and is past-president of the HDI Atlanta local chapter.
