Leggo my Lego! A fun way to learn and apply lean management!

During this session you will help to identify and eliminate processes that are less efficient and learn some lean concepts.  Using simple Lego building exercises you will learn how to improve efficiency with your service and support teams, strengthen procedures, and identify areas for continuous improvement. You will leave this session with practical tips and Lego exercise instructions to use with their teams to maintain this approach to lean management. Following these guidelines to continuous process improvement resulted in the presenter, Jamie Stannard, in improving efficiency by reducing ASA by 371%! Come join us!
